To ensure every client receives the highest level of attention and expertise, we charge a professional planning fee before beginning research.

PLANNING FEE STRUCTURE

Our standard, non-refundable planning fee is $150 per trip.

In some cases, additional fees may apply—such as for complex itineraries (like island-hopping), group travel, last-minute trips, or peak holiday dates (e.g. Christmas/New Year). These will always be discussed in advance.
